Girlfriends

Women in Art

A girlfriend sent me this. Watching it is like imagining the most wonderful girls' night out or tea party with all the best women I know. The food, wine, coffee and tea would be inspired by the *gossip and opinions of world events - which would be timleess. Please rsvp and, as always, bring a great girlfriend.

I'd really, really love it if a few of my venus portraits were included in this amazing selection of images... but these are the images of the artists who have been dead for a quite a long while!

i was also thinking some of your work ought to be included, but if being dead is part of the criteria for being included then forget it.
maybe you can do something similar.
who did this anyway?
i'd love to have it on my sight for a while.

As the post is titled Girlfriends, it is dedicated to the people and art that inspire. Thanks, KB, for sending this to me and you were right - I recognized most of the them the first go round.
